A buckle that lets go when it matters
Cats climb, squeeze through fences and get caught on branches. The breakaway buckle is designed to release when the collar is pulled hard (around 5 kg of force, manufacturer figure), so your pet can slip free instead of getting stuck.
That also means the collar can come off, so always keep your pet microchipped and wearing an ID tag.
Rain, puddles, muddy walks
The tag is sealed to an IPX7 water-resistance rating (manufacturer rating), so a wet British afternoon won't stop it working. Rinse the collar and let it dry after muddy days.
Not designed for swimming or bathing: take the collar off first.

Tap "+", then "Add Other Item", and follow the on-screen steps.
Name it
Give it your pet's name and fit the collar.

Safety information
- This tracker helps you find your pet. It does not replace a microchip or an ID tag. In the UK, dogs must wear a tag with the owner's name and address in public.
- Contains a coin battery. Keep the tag and spare batteries away from children and pets: swallowing a coin battery can cause serious internal burns. Seek medical help immediately if swallowed.
- Check the fit regularly and remove the collar if you see rubbing or irritation.
- Location depends on nearby Apple devices and is not guaranteed at all times or in all places.
Questions
Does it work with Android?
No. It only works with an iPhone and the Find My app (iOS 14.5 or later).
Is there a subscription?
No. There are no monthly fees or SIM card. It uses Apple's free Find My network.
Is it a GPS tracker?
No. There is no GPS chip inside. The tag is located by Apple devices nearby, which makes it work well in towns and suburbs and less well in remote areas with few people around.
How accurate is it?
Find My shows where your pet was last detected. When you are close, play a sound from the app to find them. It does not support Precision Finding (the on-screen arrow used by AirTag).
Will it fit my pet?
The collar adjusts to fit necks of [MEDIDA_PESCOCO_CM], which suits most cats and small dogs. Measure your pet's neck first.
How do I change the battery?
Open the tag and swap in a new CR2032 coin battery, available from any supermarket. No charging cables needed.
Can I track two pets?
Yes. Each collar is added separately in Find My, so you can name one for each pet.
